Your order will be sent by your choice of Regular Post or Express Post and your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. For Express Post please allow up to 2-3 business days to receive your parcel after your order has been dispatched or 3-5 business days for Regular Post.

Always check your letterbox/front door for pick-up slips, as your local postal service may or may not leave your parcel in the letterbox and you will need to collect it from the post office. Please be aware we will not be responsible for stolen parcels. If you have not received your parcel within time-frame, you can check your tracking status and file a report with Australia Post if you have any concerns on the whereabouts of your parcel responsible

IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

Your order will be sent by International Standard Air and your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to anywhere from 6-21+ business days to receive your parcel after your order has been dispatched. Please keep in mind that international parcels can take up to 21+ business days depending on your country/destination and the custom process
