RETURN/REFUND POLICY

★ Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges

★ We encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing an item if you need more info regarding the sizing or the condition

★ Signs of wear and slight imperfections are to be expected when buying vintage clothing

★ Vintage sizing differs to the general sizing of today, therefore the sizing advertised are estimations and may differentiate to the size labelled on the tag of the vintage garment

★ Our vintage garments are freshly washed + ready to wear

★ Our vintage garments are thoroughly inspected and any sign of major wear will be claimed in the item description

★ If you feel an item has been unfairly misrepresented on our behalf, please contact us on the same day that you receive your order and we will evaluate the issue. As you are aware, our vintage garments are sold 'as is', however we are aware flaws can be missed when advertising. Please understand that we may or may not agree to propose the offer of a partial/full refund or exchange - depending on the minor-major issue. If we have agreed upon an exchange/refund, we ask that you please send the item back within 1-2 business days after we come to an agreement. Please email a confirmation that includes the tracking number details. We will not complete any refund/exchange unless the item is returned accordingly within this timeframe and is in the same original vintage condition/unworn. We will complete the exchange/refund once we received the item and confirm that the item is in original vintage condition/unworn. Please note Original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed.

VINTAGE SIZING

★ Vintage sizing differs to the general sizing of today, therefore we do not always go off the size labelled on the vintage garment. We offer an estimation of size as accurate as possible.

★ If you are unsure of the sizing to a paticular vintage garment, please do not hesitate to contact us to find out the specific measurement details prior to purchasing the garment. Please head over to the 'CONTACT US' page to fill in your request and we will happily provide you with the measurement details within 24-hours.

★ We do not offer refunds/exchanges due to the wrong fit - for further details regarding our terms, please read carefully through our refunds + exchange policy.

SHIPPING DETAILS

★ We are a small business based in NSW, Australia and all of our orders are sent by Australia Post

★ Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days

★ Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details

★ Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we cannot control the delivery date/travel time. It is possible for unforeseen delays to occur with customs

★ You can find out an estimation of how long your parcel may take to be delivered to your destination via Australia Post, here you can calculate postage delivery times domestic or internationally.

★ IF YOU ARE LOCATED WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Your order will be sent by Express Post and your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 2-3 business days to receive your parcel after your order has been dispatched. Always check your letterbox/front door for pick-up slips, as your local postal service may or may not leave your parcel in the letterbox/front door and you will need to collect it from the post office. Please be aware we will not be responsible for stolen parcels. If you have not received your parcel within time-frame, you can check your tracking status and file a report with Australia Post if you have any concerns on the whereabouts of your parcel responsible

IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

Your order will be sent by International Standard Air and your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to anywhere from 6-21+ business days to receive your parcel after your order has been dispatched. Please keep in mind that international parcels can take up to 21+ business days depending on your country/destination and the custom process

Always check your letterbox/front door for pick-up slips, as your local postal service may or may not leave your parcel in the letterbox. Please be aware we will not be responsible for stolen parcels. If you have not received your parcel within time-frame, you can check your tracking status and file a report with Australia Post if you have any concerns on the whereabouts of your parcel 

Please note we cannot speed up the delivery date or progress with customs. If you would like us to send your order by express, please contact us prior to your purchase and we can arrange this for you at your expense. You can track your parcel throughout its journey
